Civil ID
The Civil ID Number is a unique identification number issued by the Government of Moeezland to citizens, permanent residents, and sponsored residents (holders of a valid residence permit under the Kafala system). It serves as the official legal identifier for individuals residing in the Constitutional Emirate of Moeezland.
Your Civil ID Number is required to access a wide range of government services, including healthcare, education, banking, taxation, licensing, elections (where eligible), and other public services. Eligibility for certain government services may vary depending on your legal residency status, and some services are available exclusively to citizens.
The Civil ID Number appears on the following official government documents: Citizen Registration ID Card, Permanent Resident Registration ID Card, Residence Permit Card (Sponsored Residents), Certificate of Citizenship This service allows eligible citizens, permanent residents, and sponsored residents to renew an expired Civil ID card or request a replacement card if it has been lost, stolen, or damaged.
Digital ID preferred
The Government of Moeezland encourages residents to use their Digital Identity Card, which is available through the Moeezland eGov Portal. A physical Civil ID card is generally unnecessary for most government and public services and should only be requested when specifically required or preferred by the holder.
