During this period, state activity continued primarily through internal administration and institutional maintenance. As no major public announcements or policy shifts occurred, no formal press communications were released.

Between 2019 and 2022, the Government of Moeezland did not issued most public press releases. This period followed the foundation of the state in 2019 & end of the protectorate of hazistan in 2021, during which national efforts were focused on internal organization, legal groundwork, and long-term institutional planning. Official public communications resumed in end of 2022 with the drafting and adoption of Moeezland’s first Constitution.
A mutual acknowledgement between King of Hazistan, his majesty King Mohammad Ahmad Shakeel I and the resident authority as well as the crown prince of Hazistan, Prince Abdul Moeez Shakeel I who managed external affairs, foreign policies and security of Moeezland (formally Muslim-o-Polis) that the protecorate of hazistan has ended. Abdul Moeez Shakeel I declared himself as the sovereign King and commander in chief of Moeezland (formally Muslim-o-Polis) that day, Moeezland became a fully sovereign micronation
The Government of Moeezland recognizes 23 July 2019 as the date of the foundation of the polity later known as Moeezland. At the time of its establishment, the polity operated under the name Muslim-o-Polis and existed without a singular written declaration of foundation, relying instead on practical administration and early institutional development under the protectorate of micronation of Principality of Hazistan. This recognition affirms the continuity of the state from its foundation in 2019, through the conclusion of the protectorate in September 2021, and subsequent constitutional development, including the adoption of the Constitution in 2022.
